BBQ and Grill herb salt is suitable for seasoning meat, fish, chicken and vegetables and for making marinades. Slightly spicy.

Prepare a simple marinade for meat. Firstly chop the pork neck into bite-size cubes. Mix together the Tamme farm BBQ & Grill herb salt and vinegar. Rub the the meat with marinade, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator. Leave to season overnight. The next day, grill, eat and enjoy!
