Herb salt for beef is exactly the right combination of different herbs, which are mandatory seasonings for beef, game and lamb. A really aromatic and quite spicy mixture that makes it extremely easy to season meat.
Recipe idea: Brown the beef cheeks on both sides in the bottom of the pot. Add dry red wine, boiled water and Tamme farm Herb salt for beef. Stew the beef cheeks on low heat under the lid for 2.5 hours. Check with a fork if it is soft enough. Simmer more if necessary. Eat and enjoy!
