The crisp and delicious jelly is made from Jaanihanso’s natural craft cider and Tamme farm chili. It is perfect with cold table snacks, especially with cheeses, prosciutto or Serrano ham.
Before serving, the jelly should be kept in the refrigerator, at room temperature it becomes more liquid over time.

Cider jelly is well known in Northern Spain, the historic cider-making region where we got the idea to make it.
We use natural pectin, which can be obtained from some fruits and berries, as a jelly gelling agent. Pectin improves metabolism, reduces the amount of cholesterol in the blood, restores the intestinal microflora and eliminates toxins.
